Quick setting hydraulic cement creates a watertight seal in 3 to 5 minutes. Works above and below ground level even with active leaks. A fast-setting hydraulic cement sets in just 3 – 5 minutes, preventing active or reoccurring water from flowing through cracks and holes in concrete and masonry structures.
